- Bag Policy: Only clear bags (12"x12"x6" max) and clutch purses (6.5"x4.5" max) are allowed. Non-clear bags for specific participants (recitals, pageants, sports) are allowed but will be searched. Medical and diaper bags are permitted, must be labeled, and are subject to inspection.
- Weapons Policy: Weapons of any kind are prohibited. Possession will result in denied entry, ejection, and possible legal action.
- Cashless Policy: The venue is cashless. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) are accepted.
- Re-Entry Policy: No re-entry allowed after entry. Please plan accordingly.
- Alcohol Policy: Alcohol sales are limited to guests 21+ with ID. Maximum of 2 drinks per visit. Excessive drinking will not be tolerated.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking, including e-cigarettes, inside the venue. No designated smoking area.
- Behavior Policy: Disruptive, offensive, or violent behavior will result in ejection.
- Dress Code Policy: Proper attire required; no offensive clothing. Shoes and shirts must be worn.
- Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal drugs, outside food/drinks, laser pointers, helium balloons, glitter, professional cameras, or other safety risks.
- Bag Checks & Security: All guests and bags are subject to checks and security screening. Please arrive early.
- Age Restrictions: Guests under 15 must be accompanied by an adult 19+.
